SBA to Participate in Marketing 101 Workshop in Fairmont

The U.S. Small Business Administration is participating in a free workshop on basic 101 marketing skills in Fairmont. Nick Lambernedis from SCORE will review basic marketing skills and the difference between marketing and advertising.

The Small Business Administration will provide an overview of the programs and services offered through SBA. The workshop is on Wednesday, Jun. 19, 2013 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. on the second floor of Huntington National Bank located at 103 Adams Street in Fairmont. The workshop is free and open to the public; however, seating is limited and registration is required. Call 304-622-6098 or email nlambernedis@ma.rr.com to register today. “Marketing is essential for small businesses to get their name out there,” said Judy McCauley, director of SBA’s West Virginia District Office. “I am pleased our SCORE partners are offering such a great class to the public and we are happy to participate.”
