On Saturday, September 1, at 3:00 p.m. at the Waldomore, the Harrison County West Virginia Historical Society will present an address by Joel Strangis, of Durham, NC, entitled “Pasquale, Where Are You.” The address will recount Strangis’ efforts to locate the remains of Pasquale Bilotta, an Italian immigrant killed in Clarksburg in February 1931. During his presentation, he will talk about Pasquale’s life as an Italian immigrant as well as the family and the town he came from; give background information on the murder case and trial; and describe his efforts to locate Bilotta’s grave in Holy Cross Cemetery.
