How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Michael opened his business in Bridgeport seven years ago.  He lives in Arlington. 
 
Where are you originally from? Fort Benning, Georgia and moved to West Virginia in 2006
 
Are you married? Yes, to Cheryl for twenty-four years.  They were married in Las Cruces, New Mexico. 
 
Children? None 
 
What is your favorite color? Blue
 
Where do you work? Michael is the owner and operator of Mountain State Pack and Ship. 
 
Favorite Bridgeport spot? He spends a lot of time at his shop and enjoys working with his customers.
 
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Terra Alta and Gandy Creek for fishing
 
Favorite place outside of WV? Michael enjoys vacationing in Lake Wells, Florida.  He likes to go bass fishing in the lakes.
 
Favorite restaurant? Oliverio’s Wharf – Veal Parmigiana is his favorite dish.
 
Best childhood memory? Michael grew up an Army brat.  When his family lived in the Panama Canal Zone his father could spend more time with the family.  He also liked being able to go to both the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans in one day.
 
Favorite musical group? Michael’s dial is often tuned to old country.
 
Pets? Michael and Cheryl have several pets – a Boxer named Molly, a Shih Tzu named Sammy and two cats named Silver and Powder.
 
Hobbies? Fishing and shooting
 
Interesting fact about you? Michael is a certified firearms instructor, MATCWV.com.
