City Faces in Different Places

Please take a moment to meet this week’s City Face Jodi Muller, sponsored by Higinbotham & Higinbotham, PLLC:
 
How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Jodi moved to Bridgeport when she was four years-old.  She is a 1990 BHS graduate.
 
Where are you originally from? Jodi was born in Silver Spring, Maryland.  Her parents, Jim and Jackie Romeo, are from Shinnston.  Jim was an assistant principal in the late eighties into the nineties.
 
Are you married? Yes, to Jeff Muller.  Jeff is from Hackettstown, New Jersey.  They were married at the Bridgeport Presbyterian Church in September of 1997.
 
Children? Jodi and Jeff have three children.  Nick, 18, is a 2017 BHS graduate.  He will be attending WVU in the fall.  Julia, 15, is a sophomore at BHS.  She runs track and cross country for the Indians.  JT, 14, is in eighth grade at BMS.  He wrestles and plays football for BMS.  He also plays baseball for the WV Patriots.
 
What is your favorite color? Red
 
Where do you work? Jodi is a social worker for People’s Hospice.
 
Favorite Bridgeport spot? Jodi enjoys watching and supporting BHS track at Wayne Jamison Field.  She also appreciates the Bridgeport Rec Complex baseball fields.
 
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Snowshoe is a favorite getaway of Jodi’s and her family.  She likes to ski with family and friends.
 
Favorite place outside of WV? The Mullers trek to Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, Pennsylvania for family fun once a year.  Jodi feels it’s a wonderful place to get away with family and friends.
 
Favorite restaurant? Twin Oaks
 
Best childhood memory? Riding bikes, lemonade stands, playing kickball and playing with all the kids in her neighborhood on the top of Lawman Avenue are memories held dear by Jodi of her younger years.
 
Favorite musical group? Jodi’s radio is often tuned to Southern rock.
 
Pets? A Cockapoo named Shadow
 
Hobbies? Running and supporting her children’s teams and activities
