Where are you originally from? War, West Virginia. It’s in McDowell County.
Are you married? Yes, to Brian Cantrell.
Children? Three kids, Brean (29), Hannah (26), Jonah (20), and one grand-daughter, Olivia (12).
What is your favorite color? Blue or Red
Where do you work? Cindy is a 2nd grade teacher at Big Elm Elementary School.
Favorite Bridgeport spot? Hinkle and Deegan Lakes
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Black Water Falls
Favorite place outside of WV? St. Augustine, Fl.
Favorite restaurant? Harry’s in St. Augustine, Fl.
Best childhood memory? Cynthia’s favorite memories are the Beach Vacations that she took with her family.
Favorite musical group/music? Fleetwood Mac and Journey
Pets? She has one dog, Carmyn.
Hobbies? Reading, spending time with family, and Motorcycle rides with her husband.
Interesting fact about you? Cynthia attended Big Creek High School in War, WV. Big Creek is the same high school that the Rocket Boys attended, including Homer Hickam. In fact, her parents, Noah and Emma Jo, were friends with his parents.
