Harrison County Destinations Serving Food to Students During the Work Stoppage

The “Backpack Program” is a free sign-up program that supplies a weekend supply of food to students in need In Harrison County schools. Students discreetly grab their bag of food and store it in their backpack.
Due to continued work stoppage of public school employees, the Backpack Program in-school food drive has extended into the Keep the Kids Fed! program. Members of the community, churches, local organizations, school personnel and the county office have arranged the following food distribution locations:
