After 17 weeks of play, members of the 2016 Indian football team found themselves in a position to make history by winning the team's fourth straight West Virginia Class AA state championship. That dream might have been shattered when Fairmont Senior defeated the Tribe in double overtime in the semis and Mingo Central ultimately won the crown, but as this video by Ross Marra Productions shows, "Kings Never Die." The Tribe is back this year with a renewed vengeance. A 2017 state championship would be the Indians' 10th.
