Johnson Elementary School Releases Important, and Tentative Dates for 2018-19 School Calendar Year

Before we dismiss for summer, we always receive several inquiries about our return. We are releasing the following tentative information. This will be subject to change based on completion of the new building.
- Late July / Early August - All Johnson Elementary students will receive a letter listing their homeroom placement for 2018-2019, as well as information about parking, our schedule, and arrival and dismissal plans.
- Monday, August 13 - Parent-Only Informational Meeting for Pre-K and Kindergarten @ 6:00 in the gymnasium. (This is solely an informational meeting for parents. Classrooms will not be open at this time. It is requested that students do not attend. Students will have their own personal visit prior to the start of school.)
- Tuesday, August 14 - Open House for Grades 1-5 @ 6:00 in the gymnasium
- Wednesday, August 15 - First Day of School for Grades 1-5
- Wednesday August 15 - Kindergarten Student Classroom Visits (by appointment)
- Thursday, August 16 - Kindergarten Student Classroom Visits (by appointment)
- Friday, August 17 - Kindergarten Student Classroom Visits (by appointment)
- Monday, August 20 - First Day of School for Kindergarten
- Monday, August 27 - First Day of School for Pre-Kindergarten (Home visits will be conducted prior to the first day.)
