Healthy Kids First: Pesto Pasta and Shrimp with a Unique Ingredient

If you’ve followed us for the past two weeks, you’re starting to get a feel for prepping your mails (and the value it brings to busy parents).  It's kind of fun, isn't it?  
 
This week we're presenting you with one of our favorite dishes.  Kale and Edamame Pesto Pasta with Shrimp. It sounds a little more complicated than it really is.  Kale and Edamame are incredibly healthy.  Including these into a pesto makes for a delicious and colorful dish.
