Time Travel: Coach Wayne Jamison with Past Players and Going Back Decades to Rocket Boy Country

With football season in full swing and with the passing of Coach Wayne Jamison earlier this year, several Time Travel blogs will be done in his honor. This one shows Jamison, middle, with former players. The photo was dated Sept. 20, 1997. Does anyone know the event and can identify the individuals with him please feel free to comment in the comment section below.
Although the exact date of this church and railroad scene is unknown, it's liklely from the early 1900s. This is a photo from Coalwood, which is in McDowell County. The town did more than export coal as it was famous for the "Rocket Boys" that were featured in a prominent motion picture.
