UPDATE: According to the Connect-Bridgeport page, the owners have claimed this dog. There is no further information, but thanks once again for sharing.
ORIGINAL: This blonde, mixed-breed dog was found this afternoon on Garden Circle and is safe until his owner is found. He has white markings on his chest face and is wearing a collar.
