Cast Selected for BHS Senior Class Play "Elf the Musical;" Still Ensemble Positions Available

Auditions have been held for the Bridgeport High School senior class play “Elf the Musical.”
“It was a decent turnout,” said Trina Byard, director. “We had 18 students audition. We are interested in more that would like to be in the ensemble, but we will have a nice show with the students that auditioned either way."
The show will be performed Nov. 3-4 at the BHS auditorium. Audience members of all ages will enjoy the production, Byard said, a spinoff on the famed movie.
“The story is the same as the movie, but the music is original and written for the play,” she said. “We will be designing and making costumes for our production.”

In the role of Buddy the Elf is Owen Hess with Jovie to be played by Shelby Whiteman. Other lead roles are Nick Allen as Santa Claus, Casper Eakle as Walter Hobbs and Demi DiPiazza as Michael Hobbs.
Catherine Gray is portraying Deb, Dylan Iquinta will portray Manager, Nick Allen as Mr. Greenway, Weston (McCoy) Pepper-Jackson as Chadwick, Adelina Hill as Matthews and Braden Zannino as Sam.
