According to this report from WDTV, a trial date has been set for a woman charged with a DUI that resulted in the death of another woman.

 

Whitney Marie Chipps of Harrison County is charged with DUI Causing Death. In December 2016, Chipps allegedly drove her car into the opposite lane on Route 19 in Jane Lew and hit 35-year-old Erin Marshall-Heater's vehicle head-on. Marshall-Heater was killed in the accident.
