In February of 2017, Amanda Standley visited Bridgeport as she trekked solo coast to coast along the American Discovery Trail. With her 5,000-mile journey behind her, the outdoor adventure enthusiast continues to pursue her passion. Standley has entered the Subaru Adventure Team's Adventure Photo Contest with a chance to win an Alpine Climbing Clinic and Gear Package.
