I-68 Lanes Reopen after Vehicle Stuck Underneath Truck Ultimately Crashes into Guardrail

WDTV reports that I-68 lanes have reopened; previously closed due to an accident involving a vehicle which was stuck underneath a truck, then turned sideways before crashing into a guardrail.
