William J. Ihlenfeld, II former United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia was recently presented with the FBI-CJIS Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association Outstanding Service in Law Enforcement Award for his commitment to addressing the Drug Epidemic in our state. The award is presented annually by the FBI-CJIS CAAA to a law enforcement individual who has demonstrated a distinct pattern of service to the community, above and beyond what their job duties require.
