Law Enforcement Asking for Public Help to Locate Area Man for Failing to Register as Sex Offender

According to this "Monday's Most Wanted" report from WDTV, the Fairmont detachment of the West Virginia State Police Department is looking for 48-year-old Thomas Lee Fincham. Fincham is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.
