Man Wanted for Attempted Murder, Strangulation and Several Other Charges Turns Himself in to Police

According to MetroNews, the Preston County man wanted in connection to an alleged assault and kidnapping that began in Bruceton Mills last month has turned himself in to the Preston County Sheriff’s Department.
 
Virgil Lee Hall, 44, of Bruceton Mills, is facing charges of attempted second degree murder, malicious wounding, strangulation, and kidnapping. He is also being charged as a fugitive from justice in Pennsylvania.
