State Police Looking for Public Assistance to Locate Man Wanted for Use of Stolen Debit Card

According to WDTV, the West Virginia State Police in Morgantown are hoping you can help them identify a suspect in a stolen debit card investigation.
Troopers say the suspect in this photo used a stolen credit card and is actively being sought.
