Timmy Wilson, 23, whose battle with cancer was followed by thousands in the community and inspired just as many, saw that battle come to an end Tuesday. According to the Facebook Page “Prayers for Timmy Wilson,” he passed away Tuesday morning.

 

The Wilson family also announced the funeral services for the 2012 Bridgeport High School graduate on the same page. According to the post, “the viewing for Timmy will be from noon to 8 p.m. on Sunday Jan. 14 and the service and funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan 15. Location for both will be the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home."
