BMS Wrestlers Second at Mountaineer Middle Meet

The Bridgeport Middle School Braves wrestling team finished in second place out of eight teams at the Mountaineer Middle School wrestling 
tournament that was held Saturday.

The runner-up finish marked the second year in row the Braves have finished second.
Doddridge County Middle School won the event, while Washington Irving was in third place. Other teams competing included Mountaineer Middle (4th), Preston County Middle, South Harrison Middle, Westwood Middle, and Consolidated All-Star Team.
The Braves are coached by Kenny Eddy. Brant Carnes is the assistant coach.
