Bridgeport Youth Football and Cheerleading to Hold its In-Person Registration Saturday at City Building

Are you ready for some football and cheerleading? If so, Bridgeport Youth Football and Cheer will be conducting in-person registrations Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 9 a.m. to noon at the City of Bridgeport Municipal Building.
Football Divisions are as follows (Age before August 1, 2018):
Midgets: 12 under 135 lbs. if in the 7th grade, 11 and 10
Pee Wee: 10 under 90 lbs., 9 and 8; 7 if over 80 lbs. (if availability)
Mighty Mites: 7 if under 100 lbs., 6 and 5
Cheerleading Division are as follows (Age before August 1, 2018):
Midgets: 12 and 11
Pee Wee: 10, 9 and 8
Mighty Mites: 7, 6 and 5
Evaluations for first year players in Pee Wee and ALL players in Mighty Mites Division
Tuesday - June 19th (Pee Wee 6 to 7pm) (Mighty Mites 7 to 8pm) – City Park
Make-Up Tuesday - June 26th (Pee Wee and Mighty Mites 6 to 8pm) – City Park
Note: To participate in Evaluations - Physicals are needed and need to be dated after June 1, 2018.
If trying out for Football or Cheer at the Middle School, you must pre-register, and the registration fee will be refunded if chosen for Middle School.
1st day of practice is July 30, Equipment handout on July 29 – time TBD
Before the 1st practice - ALL participants will need current doctor’s physical.
Note: Physicals will have to be dated after June 1, 2018.
Registration Fee: $100 for the 1st Child; $80 for the 2nd Child, and $200 max (3 or more children).
