City Residents Burner, Cooper Winners of 2018 City Parks and Recreation Fishing Tournament at Lakes

The Bridgeport Parks and Recreation Department held its annual Fishing Tournament Saturday, June 2 at Deegan and Hinkle Lakes Park. The tournament is a fun family oriented tournament sponsored by Dicks Sporting Goods.
This years winners were Jimmy Cooper and Joey Burner, both of Bridgeport. They turned in a tournament record 10 fish weighing in at 11lbs 10oz.
Second Place went to Jim Eddy and Andrew Clark. The third place honors went to the father-son combo of Jimmy and Christian Smith.
