Mountaineer Hoops Season Tickets Big Sellers; Some Remain for the 2017-18 Season

Season tickets for West Virginia’s 2017-18 men’s basketball campaign are still on sale at the Mountaineer Ticket Office.
 
To date, the Mountaineer Ticket Office has sold more than 7,100 season tickets, the fifth most in school history. Fans are encouraged to purchase season tickets as the only way to guarantee a ticket for the Kentucky, Virginia and all Big 12 home games.
 
“The combination of an experienced and talented roster plus an exciting home schedule has translated to a significant increase in season ticket sales for the upcoming season,” said Matt Wells, Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs. “Fans are encouraged to secure their season tickets today so they won’t miss out on another great season of Mountaineer Basketball.”
 
Purchasing upper level season tickets will save fans money compared to buying tickets at the single game price.Upper level season tickets are available for $355 each in the upper sideline sections and $290 in the upper baseline sections.
 
To order 2017-18 men’s basketball season tickets, visit WVUGAME.com or call 1-800-WVU GAME. If available, mini-package and single game tickets will go on sale at a later date.
 
West Virginia will play 18 games at the WVU Coliseum. Kentucky (Big 12/SEC Challenge) will make just its third visit to Morgantown and first since 1970, while Virginia will make its first visit to the WVU Coliseum since 1985.
