Bridgeport is one step closer to returning to Wheeling Island with their win over Winfield Friday night at Wayne Jamison Field in Bridgeport. The Indians pulled away with 42-13 win over Winfield. The Tribe advances to the semifinals where they will play the winner of Saturday’s 1:30 p.m. contest between No. 2 Bluefield and No. 7 Point Pleasant next week.
