For those who enjoy quality athletic events, particularly baseball, there's more good news already on the books for 2019. Already, it's been announced that West Virginia Patriot Baseball and Father and Son Tournaments will be offering seven tournaments this coming season with the bulk of the activity taking place right here in the city.

4.) June 7-9: Blazin’ Summer Classic sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings   9U, 10U,11U,12U, 13U, 14U, 16U - WVPatriotBaseball.com

5.) June 28-30: Tournament of Champions  8U,9U, 10U,11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 16U,18U - FatherandSontournaments.com

6.) July 12-14: Mid Atlantic Regional Tournament  8U,9U, 10U,11U, 12U,13U, 14U, 16U, 18U - Fatherandsontournaments.com

All tournaments to be hosted at the Bridgeport Recreation Complex. Some of the tournaments will also utilize high school baseball fields and smaller fields in the immediate area that can utilized as needed.
