FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS - REVISED

 

The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that there will be a Lane Closure on Interstate 79 from the West Virginia- Pennsylvania State Line to Mile Post 155.50 beginning on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 4:00 a.m. through Friday, December 21, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. (24/hr).

 

The purpose for the closure is for road repair and paving.  Work will be performed on Interstate 79 Southbound Inside Lane (fast lane).  The Southbound Outside Lane (slow lane) will be open at this time. 

 

A Lane Closure will be in place for the duration of this phase of work.  Expect delays.  Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.
