The Caboose in Clarksburg has Italian dishes rich in family history and things more on the modern side, such as wings.

"We have some of our own family recipes here, it's a lot of my mom's recipes," said Jenna O'Mara, who manages the restaurant, with her husband Pat, a BHS alum.

If you stop by The Caboose and learn more about the owners, you may also learn they have another restaurant in the area. They also have Brickside Bar and Grill in Bridgeport. However, The Caboose is a much different story.

"We wanted to bring out the characteristics of the old building, bring out the charm of the old building, that's why we went with a 1920's prohibition vibe around here," O'Mara said.

They have Italian recipes that are rich in history.

"Our family had an opportunity to keep around a local favorite so three years ago we decided to buy it and remodel," O'Mara.
