For those visiting Bridgeport who have already sampled the city's fare or those who are residents of the city and beyond looking for a trip for a new culinary experience, here's a recent edition of WBOY's Restaurant Road Trip. This week, the restaurant in question just up the road in Marion County.

Located right off Route 19 in the Rivesville area, Full Circle Kitchen has been a hidden gem within the Marion County area, as residents visit to receive one of a kind meals filled with quantity and quality.

Full Circle Kitchen owner and operator, Matthew Swartz, told 12 News that the name "Full Circle" came from a company ran by his brother who had passed away. He adopted the name into the food service business, while also keeping the concept going through the serving variety of meals all throughout the day.

"It fits in with what we do like if I told you we roast pigs on New Years Day so we go from anything from smoke meats, crepes, to steak, we are a scratch kitchen that does a little bit of everything so kind of the full circle so that how it fit in." said Swartz.

That same full circle concept even touched on customer service, as regulars to the newly opened family-ran restaurant said they were amazed by the continual service of large dishes and exclusive flavors like the highly sought after crepes.

"Steak hoagies, they are huge it took me three days to eat that hoagie, I mean it was huge then they give you a order of fries with it shoot I couldn't even get the fries down." said Paula Shipley, a resident of Greentown, WV.
