The BHS Cross Country Team will be holding summer conditioning workouts Monday through Friday at the Bridgeport City Park at 8:00am. Workouts will consist of warmups, upper and lower body strengthening, running and weight lifting. All prospective members of the BHS Cross Country Team are encouraged to attend. Athletes from other sports may also attend, if they want to get in really good shape.
