Winners Named in Bridgeport Pumpkin Carving Contest

Last week, locals dropped off carved/decorated pujpkins off at the Benedum Civic Center to be judged. During Sunday's Trick-or-Treat with the ABB Scarecrows, families stopped by to cast a vote for their favorites. Amy Callahan, Bridgeport Recreation Coordinator, shared those results.
Taking the prize for Most Creative was entry #9, "Spooky Cinema."
Best overall is awarded to "Office Hennypenny at the Henintentiary.".
Capturing the popular vote for funiest was "The Brain Eater."
The Scariest award goes to "The Grabber."

Winners have been notified and they will pick up their prizes at the Civic Center. The City of Bridgeport thanks everyone who entered and everyone who voted in this year's contest.
