Time Travel: A Look at the Pre-Jamison Field Complex and a Few Little Ladies from Anmoore Grade School

By Dick Duez on October 04, 2020 from History Blog via Connect-Bridgeport.com

This should look familiar to a lot of people. This photo is from 1987 and shows the two youth league fields that are situated today where the new Johnson Elementary School is located. The old Johnson Elementary School, since demolished, is show to the left with buses in frontof it. A large portion of the parking area in front of Jamison Field was still grass at the time. The Jamison Field surface, which wasn't Jamison Field at the time, was also grass.
Although an exact date for this photo is not known, it is many decades ago and believed to have been taken in front of the Anmoore Grade School. If anyone has any information about this photo, or can identify anyone in the photo, please do so in the comment section below.
