Bridgeport Man Indicted by Marion County Grand Jury on Charge of Grand Larceny; 24 Others Indicted

The first day of the Marion County February Grand Jury on Monday, Feb. 6, saw an indictment returned against 25 people, including a Bridgeport man on a felony charge.
 
Donald Andrews, 44, of Bridgeport was indicted on the first day for the grand jury. It is under the direction of Marion County Prosecuting Attorney Jeffrey L. Freeman.
 
Andrews was indictged on grand larceny. In West Virginia, it is considered a felony.
 
The most high profile case involved a Marion County muder. Naquan Warren, 32, and Shekea Fox, 33, were indicted for murder in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, burglary, assault during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
 
An indictment is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
