Harrison County Man with City Address Indicted for First Degree Murder by Marion County Grand Jury

A Harrison County man was among 44 individuals indicted by the June 2021 Marion County Grand Jury under the direction of Marion County Prosecuting Attorney Jeffrey L. Freeman.
 
David Hunter Lewis, 22, was indicted on charges of murder in the first degree and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Hunter’s address is listed as Birds Run Road, Bridgeport, which is off of Brushy Fork Road and outside the city limits.
 
The indictment is related to the December 2020 shooting death of 20-year-old Dylan Harr. Lewis is currently being held in the North Central Regional Jail in Doddridge County.
 
Lewis was one of three from Harrison County indicted. Kaitlan Nicole Riddle and David Wayne Martin were also indicted.
 
Riddle, 23, of Clarksburg, was indicted on possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and conspiracy to commit felony controlled substance offenses. Martin, 33, of Enterprise was indicted for fleeing in a motor vehicle in reckless disregard for the safety of others.
