Makenna Rollyson is UHC May 2026 iCARE Recipient

WVU Medicine United Hospital Center(UHC) is excited to announce that this month’s iCARE Award was presented to Makenna Rollyson, CNA, for being recognized by patients/families for exceeding expectations and motivating others to emulate her following attributes:

A=Anticipate Needs
R=Respond with Kindness
E=Exceed expectations
Makenna was awarded a Thank You iCARE card, an iRound Because iCARE pin, and a gift card of her choice. A special thank you to Dan Cava GMC, who has partnered with UHC to sponsor the gift cards given to iCARE Award recipients.
This monthly award is based on feedback from iRound recognition reports generated by patients and their families. iRound is a web-based reporting and analytics system that helps to improve the patient experience.
