Online Voting is open for West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival Singer of the Year

The West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival hosted its inaugural “Singer of the Year” talent competition on Sunday, March 8 at The Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center in Clarksburg. A panel of judges and the live audience chose eight finalists, and the pool of contestants will be narrowed to one winner based on public online voting.
Board member Mary Francis Smith said voting is open through May, and the winner will be announced on June 1.
All finalists will have the opportunity to perform a couple of numbers at the festival, but the winner will receive a time slot on the main stage of the Labor Day weekend festival, an opportunity to perform a full show.
Those vying for Singer of the Year are Arturo Tescari, Olivia Insani Perske, Caleb Beckner, Bailey Christina King, Kelly Cain, Douglas John Imbrogno, Annagrace Lewis, and Savannah “Vanna” Fout.
