Photos: Friends, Family, Colleagues Say Goodbye to Fire Chief Phil Hart after 36 Years of Service to City

A large crowd was on hand inside the Bridgeport Fire Department Main Street Station on Tuesday, Oct. 28 to say goodbye to long-time and city firefighter Phil Hart.
Hart's time with the city officially came to an end at the end of the work day Oct. 31. He had spent 36 years with the department, working his way up to the chief's position.
