Popular National Chain with Site in Bridgeport Lists its Opening Date for New Site 20 Minutes South of City

Nearly 10 months after initially announcing on social media that a Starbucks was coming to the area, Lewis County Commissioner Agnes 
Quinn Queen provided yet another update on the national brand

On Queen's Facebook page, she posted that the opening date will be Monday, July 7. Earlier, she had announced that the business would open July 11, 2025.
The timeline has been moved up, according to her most recent post. Queen has said previously that the Starbucks in question is a drive through only site.
Site work for the Starbucks began in September of last year. Work at the new location, which is at the Market Place strip mall located just off of Interstate 79 along Route 33 is wrapping up. It will be a standalone structure and will be situated in an area between the Don Patron Mexican Grill restaurant and Country Roads Physical Therapy.
