FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, DISTRICT FOUR OFFICE

 

West Virginia Route 279, Jerry Dove Drive, will have lane closures between mileposts 2.82 and 2.87, the Interstate 79 overpass leading to United Hospital Center, starting today, Thursday, June 23, 2022, and Friday, June 24, 2022, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for paving and repair of bridge approaches.

 

All four lanes will be involved, but there will be one lane open in each direction at all times.   

 

Motorists are advised to plan and allow additional time for their commute. Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
