The Bridgeport Indians girls basketball team begins Class AAA Region II play on Thursday, traveling to the Elkins Tigers for a 7 p.m. tip-off.
Bridgeport is the No. 5 seed, while Elkins earned the No. 4 slot.
A loss, either on Thursday or next Tuesday, would end the Tribe's season.
Bridgeport won the regular season meeting with Elkins, 42-32, at home on Feb. 10.
The Tribe trailed by 14 in the first half after a 17-1 Elkins run, but Haylee Pryor caught fire in the second quarter, scoring nine points on a 13-0 Bridgeport counter.
Pryor and Reese Pierce each scored 12 and Avery Humble added nine points and 12 rebounds in the win.
That is the only win since Jan. 17 for the 6-16 Tribe.
Pryor is Bridgeport's leading scorer for the season, averaging 11.2 points per game to go with 4.1 rebounds (second on the team) and 1.5 steals a contest.
Pierce is second with an average of 9.1 points her game and leads the Tribe in steals with two a contest.
Humble leads in rebounding with six per game and is tied for second with Olivia Bell in steals with 1.6 a game.
Elkins enters with an 8-9 record but has lost five of seven games in February.
