Trio of Fairmont State Players from Bridgeport Earn MEC Baseball All-Tournament Honors

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on May 13, 2025

Former Bridgeport High School and current Fairmont State University standouts Quintin Reep, Ryan Goff and Tyler Wilkinson were recently named to 2025 Mountain East Conference Baseball All-Tournament Team.

They helped the Falcons advance to the MEC championship game on Sunday where they fell to Point Park, 7-0.

Because Point Park is transitioning from NAIA to NCAA Division II, the program is not eligible for NCAA postseason play until it is a full NCAA member. Fairmont State earned the MEC Automatic Qualification and is seeded No. 6 in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional. That regional will be hosted by West Chester. Fairmont State's opening-round opponent will be No. 3 East Stroudsburg.

2025 MEC Baseball All-Tournament Team
Kyle Waters, West Virginia State
Trent Dosenbach, Charleston
Nate Vermillion, Frostburg State
Manny Hall, Frostburg State
Ben Wieman, Frostburg State
Ryan Goff, Fairmont State
Quintin Reep, Fairmont State
Tyler Wilkinson, Fairmont State
Omar Morillo, Point Park
Harold Boyce, Point Park
Javier Cardoso, Point Park
Tournament MVP: Jared Campbell, Point Park
