Popular Local Restaurant Open 27 Years Up for Sale

According to WDTV, DJ’s 50’s & 60’s Diner in Fairmont has officially been listed for sale!
The restaurant, which is located on Airport Road, is listed by LPT Realty at $1,200,000. Originally opened in 1998, DJ’s Diner has been a local favorite for years.
Along with the restaurant, buyers will receive two acres of commercial land right next to I-79.
The listing describes the restaurant as a “fully equipped and staffed diner featuring retro décor, booths, commercial kitchen, commercial coolers/freezers and ample parking.” It also says the spot is “perfect for continuing the classic diner brand that Fairmont and the surrounding areas love or launching your own concept.”
The listing also states that the diner is currently open and operating.
