Former City Building on Thompson Drive to See Services for South Ridge Church Begin this Sunday

South Ridge Church will hold its first service in its second location at 164 Thompson Drive on February 11, 2018, at 11 AM.
South Ridge Church is a non-denominational Christian community that exists to provide people with the opportunity to experience real life, real relationships, and real purpose through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Typically, people experience South Ridge through three environments: Weekend Services, Community Groups, and Service Teams.
Founded in January 2005, South Ridge Church has always had the desire to share the love of Jesus Christ with even more people and to serve other communities throughout the great state of West Virginia and beyond.
In September 2016, South Ridge officially decided to become one church in more than one location and set sights on starting a new location down the highway in Bridgeport.  Dean Brannen, who was already working as a pastor of South Ridge Church in Fairmont, volunteered to become the Location Pastor and he began working with a group of people who would leave the Fairmont location to build a new core team in Bridgeport, many of whom already live and work in the Bridgeport/Clarksburg area.
Last year, vacant property was purchased on Thompson Drive, next to Gabe’s in Bridgeport. The renovations on that building began immediately and the transformation and revitalization of the building have been substantial.
South Ridge Church is excited to be a part of the Bridgeport community.
