Seniors Reminded to File FAFSA to be Eligible for Federal and State Financial Aid

Nearly 48 percent of Bridgeport High School seniors have successfully submitted their Free Application for Federal Student Aid "FAFSA."
According to BHS Senior Counselor Jane Byrd, that number is 48 percent. That form must be completed before March 1 to be eligible for any federal or state level financial aid. Find the application at www.fafsa.gov.
Byrd reminds seniors and their parents that they can get free assistance completing the FAFSA at the FAFSA Frenzy, 1-4 p.m,. Feb. 11 at the Gaston Caperton Center in Clarksburg.
