Time Travel: One of City's Most "Exciting" Downtown Businesses and a South Charleston Rewind

For years, many from Bridgeport and beyond would unwind on Main Street's Exciting Irene's located on Main Street. This photo was taken in 1986 and it has since had many operations in its place. There is currently a fitness business there. Feel free to share your memories below.
This is a picture from several decades ago of one of the many factories in operation in Kanawha County. This one is in South Charleston. Does anyone recognize any of the businesses there?
