Harrison County Assessor, Rocky Romano and the Harrison County Sheriff, Robert Matheny, will be collaborating to provide assistance with Individual Personal Property Assessments, WV State Farm Census and New Homestead/Disability Exemption Applications.  Payments for taxes can be made at the sites.

Note from Assessor: The 2019 WV State Farm Census Form must be returned to the Assessor’s Office by September 1, 2019. Forms received after September, 1 2019 will not be accepted per state regulations. Business Personal Property Returns must be received by 

September 1, 2019.
