Mark Bias, Premier Bank President and Chief Executive Officer, has announced the addition of three veteran bankers to the bank’s Central WV Division.  Samuel (Sam) Gallo, has been named Executive Vice President and Division President.  He is joined by Christopher (Chris) Parr, Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer and Michael Malfregeot, Vice President/Branch Manager and Small Business and Retail Development Manager. 

 

Sam Gallo was previously Market President for Harrison and Marion counties with MVB Bank.  He began his banking career in 1997 with Huntington National Bank as a Personal Banker and rose to increasing levels of responsibility within the company.  He joined MVB Bank in 2010 as Vice President of Commercial Lending. Gallo is a graduate of Fairmont State University, with both Bachelor of Science –  Business Management and Master of Business Administration degrees.  He also graduated from the School of Advanced Commercial Lending at East Carolina University.  He is very active in community affairs in Harrison and Marion counties.

 

Chris Parr joins Premier Bank as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer.   Previously, he was Vice President of Retail and Small Business Development for MVB Bank.  Chris also began his banking career at Huntington National Bank as a Personal Banker, later, promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University, with a double major in Management and Marketing. Chris is also very actively involved in the community, serving in leadership positions of several organizations.

Michael Malfregeot joins Premier as Vice President/Branch Manager and Small Business and Retail Development Manager.  He will manage the Bridgeport branch office.  Previously, Michael was a VP - Retail/Small Business Development Officer and Manager with MVB Bank, where he managed the Bridgeport and Clarksburg branch offices.  He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Management from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Shepherd University.  Michael plays an active role in many community organizations in Harrison County.
