Young Girl Struck by Truck Prior to Shinnston Christmas Parade

WBOY reports that a young girl was injured after she was hit by a vehicle in Shinnston on Saturday.
The accident occurred around 6 p.m. on Pike Street, just prior to the Shinnston Christmas parade.
According to the Shinnston Police Department, the girl ran into the street and was struck by a truck.
