West Virginia battled and clawed its way to a 57-54 win Tuesday at the Coliseum against Baylor. The No. 2 Mountaineers won their nation-leading 15th straight ball game and also moved to 4-0 in the Big 12 Conference to take sole possession of first place.
Things will get difficult Saturday as the Mountaineers visit Lubbock to take on Texas Tech. The game will be televised at 2 p.m. on ESPN.
