It's another week for WDTV's "Tasty Tuesday" report and for those living in Bridgeport or visiting, here's a profile on one that is roughly 20 minutes from Bridgeport. It's a short trip north of the city and just off Interstate 79.

The Little Red Hen Bakery on Adams Street is a cozy little spot that has been a long time in the making.
The giant cinnamon rolls at Little Red Hen are as big as your face and they only cost $4!

Owner Emily Lewis had spent years baking out of her home and selling her treats at local farmers markets. In May, she decided it was time to make her dream of owning her own bakery a reality.

"This was her goal, was just to have a place where people could come and enjoy being with their family, or where women could have luncheons and things like that," said Stacey Honsaker, the front-of-store manager.

Located on Adams Street, the shop has dine in and take out options, and even has a cozy reading nook for customers.

The owner comes in every night to whip up treats for the next day. Some of the most popular items include pepperoni rolls, fresh breads, and giant cinnamon rolls with traditional icing or a pecan glaze.

"Once she makes it and puts it out on the shelf, it goes," Honsaker said.

The bakery also serves breakfast and lunch.
